Live status needs JavaScript. The address above works either way.

    How to join

CribbbMC is whitelisted: only players an admin has added by name can connect. Nobody gets in without being added first.

    1. Get Minecraft: Java Edition 26.2.

Java Edition only. Bedrock — phones, consoles and the Windows “Bedrock” version — can’t connect. If your launcher is set to another version, switch it to 26.2.

    2. Ask to be whitelisted in our Discord.

Post your exact Minecraft Java username — not your email and not your Discord name. This step is not optional and it is not instant: a real person adds you by hand, so it can take a while.

    3. Wait for the confirmation.

We’ll tell you in Discord when you’re on the list. Until then, the server will turn you away with “You are not white-listed on this server”. That’s expected — it just means you haven’t been added yet.

    4. Add the server and play.

Multiplayer → Add Server → Server Address: play.cribbbmc.fun. You’ll start at spawn, next to the shops.

    Claiming land

Anything you build outside a claim can be broken or looted by anyone. A claim protects it from other players. Claims work in the Overworld only — not in the Nether or the End.

    Make a claim

    1. Hold a golden shovel.

The normal recipe: one gold ingot and two sticks.

    2. Right-click the ground at one corner

of the area you want to protect.

    3. Right-click the opposite corner.

The claim is created and its outline lights up for a moment.

A claim reaches from bedrock to the sky, so it protects everything underneath your base too. To resize one, right-click a corner of it with the shovel, then right-click where the corner should go.

A fresh claim, with its outline showing.

    Claim blocks

Every claim costs claim blocks — one for each block of ground it covers. You earn more simply by playing, so the longer you’re around, the bigger you can claim. /claimslist shows your claims and what you have left.

    Giving up a claim

/abandonclaim while standing in it. You get the blocks back, but the build stays behind, unprotected. Empty it first.

Letting friends in: the four trust levels

This is the part people get wrong. Stand inside your claim and use one of these:

    From least to most access
    CommandThey canUse it for
/accesstrust <name> Use doors, buttons, levers and beds. Nothing else. A visitor you want to let through the front door.
/containertrust <name> Everything above, plus open chests, furnaces and other containers. They still can’t build or break. Someone who shares a storage room or a farm with you.
/trust <name> Build and break anything in the claim, plus everything above. Someone you’d hand your house keys to. Only them.
/permissiontrust <name> Trust other people in your claim, up to the level they have themselves. A co-owner who manages the base with you. Give it together with one of the levels above.
    The classic mistake

/trust is not “let them in”. It means they can break your house and empty every chest. Start with /accesstrust and go up only when you need to.

    • /trustlistWho has which level in the claim you’re standing in.
    • /untrust <name>Take it away again.
    • /subdivideclaimsSwitch the shovel to carve a plot inside your claim for a friend. /basicclaims switches it back.

    Fast travel New

Waystones are fast-travel points you build yourself. Travelling between them costs Travel Tokens.

    You can own 3 waystones

That’s the limit for each player. Decide where yours go before you build a base around one.

    Build a waystone

    1. Get a lodestone and a smooth stone block.

The Cartographer in the shop district sells both.

    2. Place the lodestone on top of the smooth stone.

A window pops up asking for a name.

    3. Type a name and press “Create waystone”.

Pressing Esc instead cancels, and nothing is created.

    Travel

Right-click while holding a compass to open your travel menu, then pick where to go.

    Other people’s waystones

Right-click someone else’s waystone to add it to your list. Your own opens its settings instead.

    The fare

Each trip takes Travel Tokens from your inventory, and longer trips cost more. Buy them from the Cartographer — only shop tokens work.

Fast travel is brand new. If a trip didn’t cost what you expected, or anything else behaved oddly, tell us in Discord.

    Coins and shops New

There’s no /money and no bank balance. Money here is an item you carry — so it can be dropped, stored, traded and lost like any other item.

    Cribbb Coin

An emerald with a green “Cribbb Coin” name. A plain emerald is not a coin, and shops won’t take one.

    Cribbb Coin Block

An emerald block named “Cribbb Coin Block”, worth 9 coins. Handy when you’re carrying a lot.

Never craft coins into a block

The crafting table ignores names. Nine coins become a plain emerald block, and the coins are gone for good. Swap them at the Banker instead.

    Where coins come from

The Merchant. Sell resources you’ve gathered to the Merchant and it pays you in coins. It’s the only place coins come from. It doesn’t take plain emeralds, so a villager trading hall won’t make you rich.

    The shop district

At spawn, with the arena shop at the dome. Right-click a shopkeeper to trade.

    The Merchant

Buys farm goods, ores and rare finds, and pays in coins.

    The Banker

Swaps 9 coins for 1 coin block and back again, and buys back Travel Tokens.

    The Cartographer

Travel Tokens, lodestones, smooth stone and compasses.

    The Aviator

Elytra, firework rockets and ender chests.

    The Armsmaster

    Diamonds, netherite and smithing templates.

    The Spellmaster

Enchanted books, bottles o’ enchanting and lapis.

    Arena Shop

At the dome. Arena Tickets and fight supplies. See the arena.

    The PvP arena New

Fighting happens in the arena, for coins you choose to put up. You never lose items there — only coins from your wager. The arena opens when it’s announced in game.

    1. Buy an Arena Ticket.

At the ticket shop by the dome, paid in Travel Tokens. You need a new ticket for every visit, including after you lose a fight.

    2. Right-click the ticket.

Anywhere outside the arena. A window shows your gear score, your tier and the minimum wager for that tier. Pick your wager with the slider.

    3. Enter.

Your ticket and your wager are taken, and you arrive at the arena. Everyone there sees you arrive, with your tier and your wager.

    4. Drop into the pit.

Fighting only works inside the pit.

    5. Win — or lose without losing your stuff.

Kill someone and you’re paid out of their wager. Get killed and you keep every item, get the rest of your wager back, and go home to where you used the ticket.

    6. Leave with /leave.

Stand still for 5 seconds and you go home with your wager and your winnings. The exit portal at the arena spawn does the same. You can’t leave for a few seconds after being hit.

    Gear score sets the odds

Your gear score is counted once, when you use the ticket, from everything in your inventory: armour, your best melee weapon, your best bow or crossbow, shields, elytra, totems, golden apples, potions and ender pearls. Enchantments add to it. Blocks, food, tools and coins count for nothing.

Certain rare items put you straight in the top tier.

There are five tiers, and each tier has a higher minimum wager than the one below — so heavily geared players have to put real coins on the table.

When you win, the gear scores decide your cut: beat someone better geared than you and you take a bigger slice of their wager; beat someone weaker and you take less. You can never win more than they put in.

Check yours any time with /gearscore. The numbers are still being tuned.

The arena entry window, showing a gear score, a tier and a wager slider.
Right-click a ticket: your score, your tier, your wager.
    Good to know

Dying to anything other than a player — a fall, lava — sends you back to the arena spawn with nothing lost. Logging out mid-fight counts as losing to whoever hit you last. A ticket is the only way in; /spawn, /home or a waystone from inside counts as leaving, and you get your wager back.

    Rules and FAQ

Something didn’t work? Tell us in Discord.

Fast travel, the shops and the arena are all new, and a report is how they get fixed. Say what you did, where you were and what happened — a screenshot helps.

    Rules

    1. Be decent. It’s a server for friends — treat it like one.
    2. No griefing and no stealing, claimed or not. A missing claim isn’t an invitation.
    3. No cheat clients and no x-ray. An anti-cheat is running. Performance and visual mods are fine.
    4. Fight in the arena, not in the world.
    5. Found a bug, or a way to duplicate items or coins? Report it — don’t use it.
    6. Keep farms and redstone reasonable. If it lags the server, it goes.

    Handy commands

    • /spawnBack to spawn.
    • /sethome <name>Save a home here; /home <name> goes back.
    • /tpa <player>Ask to teleport to someone; they /tpaccept.
    • /claimslistYour claims and claim blocks.

Type / and press Tab in game to see everything you can use.

It says “You are not white-listed on this server”.

You haven’t been added yet. Ask in Discord with your exact Java username, then wait until someone confirms you’re on the list. It’s done by hand, so it isn’t instant.

Can I play on Bedrock, a phone or a console?

No. CribbbMC is Java Edition 26.2 only.

    What happens when I die?

Your items go into a chest at the spot where you died instead of scattering on the ground. Go back and open it. If there’s no chest where you expected one, tell us in Discord. In the arena you keep everything anyway.

    Is my stuff safe?

From other players, inside your claim: yes, as long as you haven’t given them /trust. Outside a claim: no promises. Claim your base early.

    Is there a map?

Yes — map.cribbbmc.fun shows the Overworld and updates as the world changes.

Can I get more than 3 waystones?

Not right now — three per player is the limit. If that changes, we’ll say so in Discord.

    Where do I get coins?

Only from the Merchant in the shop district, by selling it resources you’ve gathered. See Coins and shops.
